Verst Logistics is proud to announce a new strategic alliance with Matrix Bottling Group – a leading manufacturer of beverages, with facilities in North Carolina, California and Nevada, marking an extension of Verst’s services into the Southeast. As part of this collaboration, Verst will be operating in a new 550,000 square‑foot facility in Morganton, North Carolina, near Matrix’s manufacturing plant and designed to support the growing needs of beverage companies across the region.
This new location strengthens Verst’s ability to deliver integrated warehousing, fulfillment, packaging, and transportation solutions to beverage brands and other similar markets seeking scalable, efficient, and reliable logistics support. The alliance between Verst and Matrix Bottling Group will enable Verst to use its operational expertise to support Matrix Bottling Group’s customers requiring third-party logistics services, and creates a comprehensive, end‑to‑end solution for beverage producers operating in or entering the North Carolina market.
