Tolleson, AZ –Verst Logistics, a Midwest-based third-party logistics provider, signed a long-term lease for 224,874 square feet of Class A warehouse space at the Majestic Tolleson Center building in Tolleson, AZ.
This FDA-registered facility, which is situated close to Interstate 10, will provide a full range of contract logistics services including B2B and B2C fulfillment, shrink sleeve labeling and bundle wrap packing as well as transportation services. By expanding their footprint in the Phoenix market, Verst will be able to better serve customers needing a western US solution.
The expansion, which is set to launch in March 2023, is great news for the Phoenix adjacent community and will bring several new jobs to the area. With this new facility, Verst will be well-positioned to continue providing top-notch logistics services to its customers and to achieve even greater success in the future.
